Edit Form Template Name

To change the name of your form please follow these steps:

1) Log in to your Beauty Forms Account
2) Click on 'Form Manager'
3) Click on 'Edit Form'
4) Select the form from the dropdown list
5) Click on 'Form Settings'
6) Edit the Form Name
7) Click 'Save'

You will also need to change the form name on the form template itself. To do this please follow these steps:

1) Click on 'Form Manager'
2) Click on 'Edit Form'
3) Click on 'Edit Template'
4) Click on the green 'Edit' button next to the form name (heading field)
5) Edit the Field Name
6) Click 'Save Changes'
7) Scroll to the bottom and click 'Save' or 'Save & Close'
