How to request a change

You may need to request a change if a client has entered incorrect information on the form.

To request a change you will need to go into Submitted Forms, click on the cog next to the form, and click on 'Request Changes' - If there is more than one party on the form you will need to make sure you select the party who originally entered the information on the form. Then click on 'Next' and select the fields that need to be changed. Scroll to the bottom and enter a description of the change to be made, then click on 'Send'.

The client will receive an email with a link to the form that will allow them to change the information. They will only be able to change the fields that you selected on the 'Request Changes' page - so no other information will be editable.

Once they've completed the change you will be notified via email and you can then view the updated form in your Submitted Forms.
