How to send a form via email or sms

Send form via email
If sending the form via email it should arrive in the email inbox within a few minutes of sending.
If the recipient has not received the link to complete the form please ask them to search their emails for mail@beauty-forms.com and to also check the junk/spam folder as the emails can sometimes drop in there if the recipient has not previously received a form email from Beauty Forms.
If the recipient still has not received the email please click on the 'Pending Forms' tab in your Beauty Forms account and check the form has been sent to the correct email address. If it is not showing in the 'Pending Forms' tab then it has not been sent successfully.

Send form via sms
If sending the form via sms it should arrive to the phone number provided within a few minutes of sending.
Please note: The sms/text option for sending forms is only available for customers on a monthly subscription. You can only send forms via email on the free trial.
If the recipient still has not received the text after a few minutes please click on the 'Pending Forms' tab in your Beauty Forms account and check the form has been sent to the correct number. If it is not showing in the 'Pending Forms' tab then it has not been sent successfully.
